Service Market Manager


Your mission

·         Drive sales and profitability of genuine spare parts, soft offers (such as service contracts and connectivity), accessories and suppliers’ products

·         Define needs and support customers to deliver on their business promises

·         Cooperate with Truck Sales and Retail Operations to secure company business results, sustainability practices and customer satisfaction targets

·         Analyze, report and provide insights of service network performance to management team in Lithuania and Sales Area

·         As quality responsible to ensure products and services are fit to the purpose and legally compliant

·         Develop team that complies with highest technical and quality standards, drive innovation

Competences and skills:

·         Experience in leading teams and working internationally

·         Ability to motivate and develop team members

·         Extensive experience in change management and in process management

·         Managerial effectiveness (doing the right things) and efficiency (doing things right)

·         Strong interpersonal and influencing skills

·         Strong business understanding and experience in sales

·         Target-driven, self-motivated and tenacious in achieving targets


We expect from you:

·         University Degree (ideally in Business Management, Engineering or similar)

·         Minimum five years of experience in managerial, commercial or business development roles

·         Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point) is required

·         Proficiency in Lithuanian language, advanced level in English, Russian is a plus

·         Ability to take business trips

Salary level: from 5.000€ to 6.500€ per month gross (before withholding taxes) depending on skills and experience. Also, annual bonus program will be applied in accordance with the Company policy. A valid working permit for the EU is mandatory.
